Those who consult our site and find themselves on our homepage will notice how the first photograph shows, in the background, the cathedral of Notre-Dame.

As you may know, on April 15, following a serious fire, part of the roof was damaged. The spire of Viollet Le Duc and “the Forest”, as this part of the roof was called, a masterpiece of medieval architecture and carpentry, were completely destroyed.
People who comes to Paris for a romantic weekend or for a period of study, those who decide to change their life and move here or those who were born here and have always lived there … all, at least once, have passed to pay tribute, to visit Notre-Dame. Some quickly, others taking the time to taste every single detail, others climbing on the towers to enjoy the view.

We have long thought about whether or not to leave this photograph, which so well represents the importance of this monument: not only a sacred place of worship, but also an architectural masterpiece, a symbol of Paris and all of France. On the contrary, perhaps it should be said, of the whole of Europe.

Finally, we decided to leave this image because the historical memory must be preserved and because, we are sure, Notre-Dame will be as beautiful as (and maybe more) before.

When I asked Luisa if she wanted to prepare a testimonial video for my new web site, she enthusiastically accepted, a quality that characterizes her every day.
The excellent result of this video is visible in the home page, as the virtual tour of her apartment.

This is a perfect example of a well-done work and a friendship that has started. Her apartment at Montmartre’s foothill, located in a less touristic part but still charming, required few interior finishing. Now Luisa lives in her apartment and loves it, her requirements were fulfilled.
Her feedback shows it very well:

I met Tiziana about fifteen years ago thanks to mutual friends during a holiday in Paris. At that time she worked as a landscape architect. What struck me was the enthusiasm with which she guided us along the streets of Paris, pointing at many curiosities and many artistic and architectural details; this showed that, in addition to her professional good eye, she also had a great passion for the city and a deep communication sensibility.
Few months ago, my big dream to buy an apartment in Paris was taking shape, when the same friends informed me that she was real estate consulting. As I am convinced that nothing happens by chance, I lost no time for asking an appointment for a consultation.
I think that my purchase was as quick as a flash; I firstly saw the apartment in December and by the end of February I signed the bill of sale. This short lapse of time didn’t prevent Tiziana from being careful in observing the fundamental details (stability of the building and the apartment, environmental risks, compliance with regulations), so it’s all been sent ahead with extreme care, professionalism and a lot of patience.
I liked to compare the « official » photos with those taken by Tiziana because hers were very realistic and matched my needs; I also liked the evaluation between the pros and cons, the technical file, and I greatly appreciated the photos of the facades, shops and attractions located near the apartment, in order to « see » in real time with Google Maps where exactly was located the apartment she just visited.
Now I have a beautiful apartment in the 18th district, below the hill of Montmartre, quiet, calm and bright in a beautiful building of the ’20s with lift (rare!).
My dream crossed Tiziana and became true: thank you !

Luisa

Thanks’ to you, my dear friend !

Finding a flat for a client is rarely easy: there are a thousand variables to take account and a little bit of luck to find the right apartment, adapted to customer requests.
Sometimes this relationship becomes particularly pleasant and the search amusing. Especially when the client is … an architect like me!
The complicity between us was obvious: the critical look and attention to detail that I love to put in all my research was not only understood but shared with Valentina.
I met Tiziana in the setting of the Place des Vosges one late summer day. It wasn’t the magic of the square who struck me – although I consider it the most beautiful square in the most beautiful city in the world – but Tiziana’s radiant and discreet immediacy that only a professional can transmit in a few minutes.
That professionalism, close to me for many aspect, was the key to express my desire to find a little nest on the roofs of the Marais; that nest, Tiziana captured in an unexpected flash, and only visiting it once. Sensitivity to interior decoration – being it my job as well – should have been the main element for the search, as well as the light – such a light flooding this little paradise.
Tiziana is nowadays a dear friend, who has demonstrated competence and resourcefulness, both rare and necessary to a purchaser not resident in Paris, as well as to being very organized and professional.
Thank you, Tiziana, for giving me such a French dream …

Valentina, architect
